  • The Fairview Lions Club continued their recent enthusiastic efforts to bring meaningful, fun and enjoyable activities to the Town of Fairview. Saturday was the Spring Fling at Fairview Community Park from 10 am to 2:30 pm. In addition to near-perfect weather, there were plenty of activities for all ages. Cullman County Soil and Water Conservation District and the North Alabama Agriplex displayed some earthy, natural and environmentally friendly attractions. A large staff from Cullman Regional was kept busy delivering potentially life-saving free healthy screenings. Technicians from LifeSouth we also on hand accepting blood donations. The largest contingent of participants were Arts and Crafts vendors who had tons of fascinating handmade products for sale. Fairview Lions Club sold delicious BBQ chicken meal plates for only $10 AND sponsored several carnival games for the children in attendance. All the money raised through games and food will go to support Lions Club projects. cullmantoday.com/2017/04/02/images-fairview-spring-fling-...
